CRS: Certified Residential Specialist
The CRS designation affirms that the Realtor has
outstanding professional achievements and has completed advanced training in finance, marketing, and technology. It is the highest designation awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. A CRS must maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and abide by its code of ethics.
Only 3% of Realtors have achieved the CRS designation. Buying or selling a home will be much easier and more profitable when working with the right Realtor. Hiring a Certified Residential Specialist will help you make the best decisions in a fast-paced, complex, and competitive market. So for the best service, contact me for help with the real estate market in the Ann Arbor area, which includes all of Washtenaw County and beyond.
Additionally, being a CRS, I can help you with buying or selling real estate anywhere in the world through my network of top Realtors. When moving out of the Ann Arbor area, don’t go blindly searching for a great Realtor in another city, county, state or country; have me vet the Realtors in your target area and refer you to the very best. That’s another advantage of working with a Certified Residential Specialist.
ABR: Accredited Buyer’s Representative
The ABR training elevates Marian’s skills and knowledge in representing home buyers at every stage of the home buying process. Marian is also provided with specialized information and programs to keep her up to date on issues and trends effecting the home buyer. Additionally, she finds it beneficial to refer her clients, when they are buying elsewhere, to a Realtor who is both ABR and CRS qualified as it leads to successes such as the following:
“When I was looking to buy my first house in the Columbus, OH area, Marian contacted several local agents to find a partner who matched my personality and understood my home buying priorities. She connected me with Stephen Springer who made the home buying process a breeze. Even though she couldn’t represent me personally, she went out of her way to put my needs first. I highly recommend Marian Gregor for all your real estate needs.”
Eric G, Data Science Manager
GRI: Graduate Realtor Institute
The GRI training provides education far beyond the minimum necessary to get licensed in Michigan. Marian received in depth knowledge on legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. It also enhanced her understanding of impacts, such as energy efficiency, on the market. These skills help her better serve and protect her clients.
CRP: Certified Relocation Specialist
Relocation specialists not only help to sell their client’s home and purchase a new property in their target area, but they also connect their clients with professional movers, packers, and aid in the visa process as needed - and much more.
Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist
The Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist Certification program tought Marian the probate basics so she can effectively communicate with clients (including probate lawyers) and assist them through the process of listing a loved one’s home or buying a home. The training helped her to understand common contentious situations and develop techniques to prevent potential disasters that may be particular to selling or purchasing probated estates.
